RETURN POLICY

TIMEFRAME You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT Returned items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags attached. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new, we will not issue a refund or exchange.

REFUND METHOD Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In the case of exchanges, we will process the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability of the product.

RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g. incorrect item shipped), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards and items marked as non-returnable.
